Improvement: move style links to somewhere less obnoxious for text browsers #3

The style selector floats to the right for graphical browsers, but since it is ultimately two sections and the style area is before the nav, the dark/light appear in a weird spot for browsers (like elinks) that don't do those floats that way.

I could just swap the order, but maybe the float needs the current order, and in any event maybe I should just find a better way to do it. Can I CSS them into the top right corner of the inner wrap, and then the navs could appear anywhere I wanted in the HTML? I think maybe I can.
