another "this is unnecessary" change, obviously impacting all the
modules that override __init__ as well as the base class. again, they
can use the DrBotIRC instance for anything, which is (with one
exception) only for add/remove_global_handler, which i'm planning on
working my way off of anyway

README

dr.botzo --- an IRC bot

dr.botzo is an IRC bot written in Python and using irclib.py to handle most
of the protocol stuff. It is mostly a fun project for a couple of us to hack
around on, but you may find it useful, in which case you're free to copy
   this source, send patches, etc.

DEVELOPMENT

The bot is currently written to be fairly modular. No real documentation on
this yet, but those interested in developing more features should take a
look at the classes in dr.botzo.py.
