Brian S. Stephan 7c05f60ffd Markov: implement a min_size, which tries to make a chain of at least min_size words.
note that this isn't guaranteed, if the chain is such that the
current tuple has nowhere to go but to the end of the line, then
it will follow it --- it doesn't try to go back and rebuilt a different
chain or anything.

dr.botzo --- an IRC bot

dr.botzo is an IRC bot written in Python and using irclib.py to handle most
of the protocol stuff. It is mostly a fun project for a couple of us to hack
around on, but you may find it useful, in which case you're free to copy
   this source, send patches, etc.

DEVELOPMENT

The bot is currently written to be fairly modular. No real documentation on
this yet, but those interested in developing more features should take a
look at the classes in dr.botzo.py.
